FAQs

How do I book a photoshoot?

Photoshoots can either be booked via this website on the 'Contact or Book' page, or you can contact me directly via my email address - aimee@wildsmile.photos.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my photoshoot?

A cloudy day will not mean an automatic cancellation, as sometimes clouds are useful to diffuse the sun and make lighting less harsh, especially in the middle of the day. However heavy wind and rain are not fun, and I will liaise with you to get your photoshoot rebooked into the next mutually convenient slot.

How will I receive my photos? Can I purchase more than the package amount?

When your photos are ready, I will email you a link to your private online gallery, where you can view your images and select your favourites. Photos will be released to you once you have confirmed your final selection and paid for any additional photos.

There is always the option to purchase as many photos as you like from your gallery!

When and how do I pay for my photoshoot?

In order to secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via bank transfer. Invoices and payment confirmations will be provided.

What if I can't make my photoshoot?

I consider all photoshoots important and put 100% of my time, energy and effort into each and every shoot, including the editing process afterwards. I plan my weeks around photoshoots and my employment. With this in mind, for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled photoshoot, the deposit will be retained.

If you need to reschedule your photoshoot due to something unavoidable such as sickness, I will make every effort to fit you in again before the outdoor season ends.

How long does it take to receive the photos after a photoshoot?

I aim to deliver client galleries within 4 weeks of the photoshoot, however this may vary in busy periods (predominantly throughout the Spring and Summer seasons). Notice of any potential delay will be given.
