Thanks for being here!

I’m 35 years old, a self-taught photographer and avid traveller. I live in the small island of Guernsey, Channel Islands, with my fiancé and two cats.

During a solo trip to America in 2019, I was blown away by the raw beauty of Yosemite National Park, the Grand Canyon, Joshua Tree, and so much more. These landscapes were forever imprinted in my memory, and at the time I remember thinking how I wished I had something better than my old iPhone to record them.

After a little experimenting with my brother's film camera, I soon had my heart set on a digital camera, and felt so lucky when my long-term partner gifted me a digital camera for my 30th birthday.

I started off shooting landscapes, then threw myself out of my comfort zone and rounded up my friends to photograph in different locations around our little island.

I realised then just how much I loved photographing people in nature. I didn't ever plan to start a business, but things just expanded - because somehow people wanted me to take their photo (I still can't believe it!)... And then, in Autumn 2021, Wild Smile Photography was born.
